I help individuals across the U.S. create their ideal work life.
I do this through programs that combine one-on-one coaching and related services with focused training and related products. This approach allows us to:
1) focus on what you need most right now, going deep to identify and resolve your challenges at their root cause level, while
2) teaching you self-coaching skills so you can effectively navigate life changes for years to come.
Who I work with
My most successful clients tend to be mid-career women who are high-achievers—they love pursuing challenges and getting things done—and want their work to provide a sense of purpose and meaning. (Often, this “work” is the work that pays the bills, but not always.)
They might want to feel happier within their current gig, or they might be looking for an entirely new career option. Either way, they’ve probably been getting intuitive hits about what they’re meant to do next (in the language of want, desire, curiosity), and they’re not sure how to balance that information with everything else they need to accomplish.
How to learn more
I’d love to talk with you to learn more about what you’re looking for and how I might be able to help. To set this up, click below to reserve time on my calendar.
For me, asking for help when I’ve been feeling frustrated, unhappy, and even hopeless has been incredibly uncomfortable. While talking is a necessary step before we’d agree to work together, I understand that for some, it can take time to get there. If you’re not ready to talk, you’re welcome to email me with your situation and questions. You can find my email address in the footer at the very bottom of this webpage.

What is life coaching?
Coaching is partnering with clients to help them maximize their joy.
As life coach and client, we create a collaborative partnership. You already have everything you need. My intent is to help you find your own answers.
Here’s an analogy. When we’re physically sick, doctors heal us. Personal trainers and athletic coaches help us reach a new level of physical success. Similarly, therapists help us heal mentally and emotionally. Life coaches help us reach a new level of mental and emotional wellness.
How long have you been coaching? Are you professionally trained?
In a sense, all of my life! As far back as elementary school, I’ve been known for my curiosity and insightful questions.
I’ve been a professional life coach since 2017. My training includes the best-in-class Martha Beck Life Coach Training program, Byron Katie’s School for the Work, an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, and a BS from the Raikes School at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
I use the same tools I teach my clients, and I continue to grow and learn every day.
Where are your coaching sessions held—in person, over the phone?
Our one-on-one sessions will be conducted by phone or Zoom video conference.
Virtual coaching sessions offer a few benefits. One: You get to be in control of creating a comfortable, private space to do this important work. Two: It’s efficient. And when you’re in transition, energy management is especially important. Three: I can serve you more effectively because I have fewer distractions.
I’m overwhelmed as it is. How much time will I have to invest?
This is a common concern. However, my previously-overwhelmed clients quickly find more than enough time to fully engage with our partnership.
Some coaches help you “hustle.” But most of my clients are achievers who have no problem getting stuff done! I provide a judgment-free space where you can slow down, energize, reconnect with what’s most important to you, subtract what’s not, and move forward quickly while saying No a whole lot more.
Having said that, you can expect to invest 10-60 minutes/week. Trust me when I say that deciding that this future is yours will allow you to find the amount of time that’s right for you.
I’ve never invested in myself like this before. How can I justify this expense? (Isn’t it a little self-indulgent?)
Are you wondering if it’s selfish to invest in coaching?
Here’s my question to you: What if it’s the most generous thing you could do? I’m a firm believer that the more we follow our desires, the more we’re able to help the world with our unique gifts. The world needs what you have to offer.
This is a deeply generous path of transformation you’re on, my friend!
Does this really work? (I’m guessing this depends on how much work I put into the program…)
You’re spot on!
I have never had a client who didn’t benefit from my coaching programs. In fact, I have never had a single coaching session where the client didn’t find value.
Having said that, you are the one doing all the hard work! I’m committed to giving you my best to help you achieve your most ambitious goals. I’m confident in my effectiveness as a coach based on the words and results of my clients.
I’d like to learn more about how you can help me. Can we talk?
Yes! I’d love to connect so we can learn more about each other.
Before we chat, give yourself permission to think bigger than you ever have before about your life. If there were no constraints—on your time, money, energy—what kind of life would you love to create? ✨
